Mari Edwards

Mari graduated from Sheffield University in 2002 . She completed her vocational training in North Wales . Before joining white friars house in 2018 she worked on the Wirral and in Liverpool as a maxillofacial senior house officer where she gained experience treating facial injuries and oral surgery. During this time she completed her membership of the faculty of dental surgery (MFDS)

She has completed a certificate in conscious sedation and has a special interest in providing treatment for anxious patients with intravenous sedation which shes carries out in both general practice and in hospitals.

Mari worked part-time at Liverpool Dental Hospital for 8 years as a clinical teacher of undergraduate dental students teaching students to perform oral surgery with sedation as well as oral medicine and restorative dentistry.

Mari has experience in cosmetic dental treatment and attends courses to keep up to date with recent developments. She has undertaken additional training focusing in aesthetics and she offers anti wrinkle and dermal filler treatments.

Mari lives in Chester with her husband and two children she enjoys days out her family and caring for her animals.
